Meet the Doctor
As you can imagine, Dr. Russell always enjoyed
being around animals. And, he always enjoyed
learning about science and medicine. So it was
natural that in high school the two interests
came together to create a career choice in
veterinary medicine.
It didn't take long for Dr. Russell to know his
choice was the right one. The challenges and
rewards he experienced making people and
their pets happy were beyond his expectations.
1987 - Graduated from Metro Christian Academy, Tulsa
1991 - B.A. in Biology, University of Kansas
1997 - Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, Oklahoma State University
1997-2000 - Briargate Blvd. Animal Hospital, Colorado Springs
2001 - Opened his own practice - Small Animal Clinic of Tulsa
Licensed to practice in Colorado and Oklahoma.
Member - American Animal Hospital Association, American Veterinary Dental Society,
Oklahoma Veterinary Medical Association, American Veterinary Medical Association,
and Tulsa County Veterinary Medical Association.
